    Standard hot-dip galvanized power fittings have a service life of over 30 years in normal outdoor environments; composite insulators and insulating accessories are UV-resistant and aging-resistant, with an outdoor service life of 20–25 years. For coastal and highly corrosive environments, enhanced anti-corrosion processes can be implemented.

    Metal power fittings: Made of high-strength cast steel, aluminum alloy, or hot-dip galvanized steel, with high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing being the mainstream method for corrosion protection. They can withstand outdoor acid rain, coastal salt spray, and high-humidity and hot environments. Insulators: Available in ceramic, composite silicone, and glass materials, offering high voltage resistance, anti-flashover protection, and anti-aging properties. Cable accessories: Made of flame-retardant insulating rubber, engineering plastics, or copper-aluminum conductors, meeting insulation and withstand voltage standards.
  • Do the withstand voltage rating, load parameters, and mechanical failure load of high-voltage products meet the standards?
    All high-voltage and line products undergo withstand voltage testing, mechanical tensile testing, and insulation testing before leaving the factory. Parameter data sheets, type test reports, and factory quality inspection certificates can be provided. The parameters are fully matched to the corresponding voltage level (10kV/35kV/110kV, etc.) for engineering use.

  • What terms (FOB/CIF/DDP) are used for the quotation? How long is the quotation valid?
    We can provide full-process trade quotations including FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP to suit customer needs. The standard quotation validity period is 30 days; adjustments will be made in advance if raw material prices fluctuate significantly.
  • How can we guarantee on-time delivery? What guarantees are in place in case of delays?
    We have stable production lines and raw material inventory. We will provide a production schedule after order confirmation. If the delay is due to our reasons, we can negotiate reductions in shipping costs and discounts to ensure the project schedule for our clients.
