Insulated overhead cables are premium low-voltage power transmission products manufactured in full compliance with the national standard GB/T 12527-2008 (Aerial insulated cables for rated voltages up to and including 1kV). They are designed for overhead power distribution systems with an AC rated voltage up to 1kV. These cables use copper, aluminum or aluminum alloy conductors, together with three weather-resistant insulation materials: PVC, PE and XLPE. They provide flexible and safe power supply solutions to meet diverse outdoor overhead transmission requirements. PVC & PE insulated cables: Maximum long-term conductor temperature of 70°C
XLPE insulated cables: Maximum long-term conductor temperature of 90°C, suitable for high-load conditions
Minimum Installation Temperature: -20°C, enabling winter construction and reliable long-term operation in cold regions
Bending Radius: For cables with outer diameter D < 25mm, the minimum bending radius shall be no less than 4D; for D ≥ 25mm, the minimum bending radius shall be no less than 6D, facilitating easy installation in various environments
